The Customer Service/ Inside Sales – CWB Association position is responsible for making daily phone calls to existing Individual and Corporate CWA members and encouraging them to renew their memberships to one or multi-year terms. Reporting to the Executive Director CWA, this position will work out of our Milton, Head Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Use CRM database to identify daily call list;
- Maintain a daily calls log list;
- Process credit card payments;
- Meet with Executive Director, CWB Association on a weekly basis and provide a weekly summary of calls and revenues.
